  • HECTOR O OLUKOYA, (BSc, FCA, AIPM, SRM), Chief Operating Officer

    Hector is a financial & management expert of over 20 years in the financial sector covering Operations, Financial Control, Internal Control, Risk Management, Project Management, Business Development, Retail Banking, Investment Banking and Consultancy.

    He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, and a graduate of Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo. Hector is also an Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, member, Association of International Product Marketing and management and a senior Associate, Risk Management Association of Nigeria.

    He was the Group Chief Risk Officer at Greenwich Trust Limited Group where he implemented & strengthened the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the group. He was also with Diamond Bank (now Access Bank) where he spent over 15 years supporting the bank’s strategic goals in leadership roles in risk management and control, Business Development, Project Management, Performance management and Retail Banking.

  • ABRAHAM AMKPA (BSc, MBA) Associate Consultant

    Mr Amkpa holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s degree in Banking and Finance

    He spent several years in the banking industry, with significant experiences in credit and stockbroking.

    He was one of the co-founders of the then Risk Management Association of Nigeria in 1999 and acted as its Executive Consultant for several years. He was Publisher and Editor of a quarterly journal, Credit Risk & Lenders’ Deskmate, for eleven years.

    Mr Amkpa Consults and trains extensively on enterprise risk and credit risk. He has developed risk management frameworks for several middle level Financial Institutions and coordinated projects across all spectrums of the industry -commercial banks, Primary Mortgage Institution, Finance Houses and Microfinance Banks

    He is also a Director in The Capital Collection Company Limited, a debt recovery company.

  • PAUL UDUK (MBA, MSc, ACIB) Associate Consultant

    PAUL has over 25 years banking experience, spanning development and commercial banking. A chartered Banker from the then Chartered Institute of Bankers, London, he was also for seven years part of Diamond Bank’s Credit Analysis & Processing Group where he masterminded and implemented the Bank’s credit risk management strategies. He was also for seven years part of the Bank’s training and development initiatives.

    A McKinsey Executive Panel Member, Paul is an Associate of the Institute of Financial Services of England and Wales, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. A member of the Association for Training & Development (formerly ASTD), he has led workshops locally and internationally, including for the UNDP.

    He is the author of several books, including Credit Processing & Appraisal Handbook, and his Bridges to the Customer’s Heart has been described as the Customer Service Bible. He is the author, also of the fully web-based credit immersion training program, Mastering Basic Credit. Paul has over 300,000 training man-hours under his belt.
